Company Drivers are assigned a designated truck with no slip seating, providing greater consistency, familiarity, cleanliness, and personal responsibility for your equipment.

We expect professional conduct at customer facilities, border crossings, inspection stations, on the highway, and throughout the transportation community.
Equipment Care
Take pride in your truck.
Company Drivers are expected to maintain their assigned equipment professionally, complete proper inspections, report defects, and help us maintain the appearance and condition of our fleet.
Accountability
We value drivers who take ownership of their responsibilities.
Do what you say you're going to do, communicate when circumstances change, and take pride in completing the job properly.
Communication
Good information prevents problems.
Drivers are expected to keep dispatch informed regarding pickups, deliveries, delays, equipment issues, customer concerns, and anything else that may affect the successful completion of a shipment.
Customer Service
Our drivers are often the people our customers see most frequently.
Being courteous, professional, helpful, and respectful is an important part of representing Newmarket Equipment.
